Your plane has landed in Antalya. The journey to your hotel starts with a few steps inside the terminal. This guide walks you through what happens with a private transfer, from touchdown to getting into the car.
1. Passport control
On an international flight, you first pass through passport control. On busy summer days, queues here can be long. If you included your flight number when booking, your driver plans around your actual landing time.
2. Baggage reclaim
The screens in the hall show your baggage belt. Once you have your suitcases, you go through customs into the arrivals hall.
3. Meeting in arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If you can't see it, simply message the WhatsApp number in your booking confirmation and agree on a meeting point.
4. To the car and on your way
Your driver loads your luggage. The vehicle is yours alone and goes straight to your hotel. You pay the driver at the end of the journey, and the amount confirmed at booking does not change.

- Your flight number and expected landing time
- The full name of your hotel or your exact address
- Number of passengers and bags, and children's ages if any
- A phone or WhatsApp number where we can reach you
If your flight is delayed
Flight times can change. When you share your flight number at booking, your driver plans around any change to your landing time. If your flight is cancelled or your dates change, simply message us on WhatsApp.
Things to keep in mind at the airport
- Head for the driver holding the sign with your name — not for offers from people unconnected with your booking.
- Make sure your phone is charged and mobile data is on; you may need to reach us on WhatsApp.
- Check that all your suitcases are with you before getting into the car.
- Travelling with children? Keep them close at the baggage belt; the halls can be crowded.
